Project Goals: Write comprehensive design specifications, Create technical documentation like solution design documents and technical design documents, Perform gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and the client’s requirements.
Contributions: Took ownership of user stories, performed the tasks and presented the solution to mock customer
Outcomes/Results: Worked on project completion to achieve customer process improvements, cost savings, increased revenue and customer satisfaction
